  1. I guess I just avoid newegg well because it’s Newegg these days usually MSI boards are all over Amazon bestbuy or b&H but nope it’s weird
  2. Just noticed there doesn’t seem to be any out there? Is there a launch date I’m not seeing somewhere?
  3. The asus don’t seem to have bios flashback so I would need a 12th gen correct?
  4. I would kill for a microcenter near me… my uncle was able to walk in and get me msrp vid cards peak mining in Ohio… I’ll have to look at 12700k I figured knowing he is going to have it 10years I’d get as close to the bleeding edge as I could.
  5. Budget (1100): Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: some older games some new he plays red dead a lot and is looking forward to hogwarts legacy. Other details has monitor keyboard. I already got a 2tb 980 pro for him and a 1tb sk m.2 and a 3070 from my pc and a 850 Corsair gold psu here’s what I was thinking but I’m open to suggestions going AMD but he will likely have this 10 years like the last one. 6. Sorry I took the kids out last night. temps under load cpu/gpu get up to 90 before throttle or the pc crashes. computer is pretty dust free I clean it out end of the month. went noctua because of quality and they are quiet. The pc is in my living room. it’s not sitting on carpet against a wall it’s just only had the two factory fans in it plus the low end cpu cooler.
  7. Would I be best to put 3 in front 1 rear(only room for one) and adding one to the cpu cooler?
  8. So my pc has gone gaming thanks to the kiddo so I found out my cooling sucks haha... I wanted to swap all my fans for noctua chromax but only 2 available so here’s what I got. meshify c metal side i5 9600k aorus pro wifi 2060 super gigabyte 2noctua fans 2 Fractal Design Dynamic X2 GP-12 120 hyper 212 black how should I layout the fans for the best cooling? Should I look to get 3 more noctua 120s for the front or 2 140?
  9. He mostly plays minecraft, roblox, and fortnite so i was going to put my old radeon 480 8gig in it. The monitor I was looking at BenQ Gl2480 1080 75hz
  10. Im building my kids a pc and was wondering how close to EOL ryzen 2nd gen is. If I get him the 2600 spec wise its just fine for his needs now but would I be better coughing up an extra 60buxks or so and getting a 3rd gets 3600?
  11. Awesome I’ll check that site but sounds like sapphire it is
  12. They all look about the same price seems like the 5700 has the best benchmarks though. Is there a brand preference? You mention sapphire and I’ve had there cards before and they were nice.
  13. Sorry didn’t think about that comp spec it’s mobo auros ultra i5 9600k 16gig ddr4 3400 512gig 970 evo plus yes both TVs are 4K and that’s where the issues start. I know they were more cpu based so that’s why started by upgrading cpu from my old 4series
