    It can. You can use the 4 rails. Remove 3 of them, use the remaining one. There are markings on the sides which tell you where to space it from the side, there is one.  I checked with VT Tech Davy.

    Point noted, I have no kids, and my room is rather clean, it's just that dusty could be a problem.
    But then, my Bitfenix Prodigy also attracts dust when it is a closed system.
     
    I must start regular cleaning when the new rig is built, has to make it a habit!

    Ok, so the hub supplies power to all 3 fans even though the fans require a total of 1.41amp without blowing up the chassis fan header on the mobo, do I understand you correctly?
     
    And the chassis fan header on the mobo provides only speed control to the hub which by extention to the 3 fans, right?
