The reality is this POS was probably riding a 3 day high, had a pocket full of money but was wanting more, Its my guess she was trying to talk him down. convince him to get some sleep, I don't really give a shit why.. i didn't ask. I saw a guy and he and was beating this young lady in the face with his fist. there were a couple of people in the parking lot . they could not be bothered to "get involved" they were probably from your neck of the woods. and yes afterwards he did in fact GIVE me 2 one hundred dollar bills when asked if he was going to pay for my broken shroud. and yes after I said it didn't cost that much but would gladly accept the "spare change" for some beer. he was packing about 3 large in hundreds and twenty's and last for you Caroline , you cannot begin to imagine how little I am concerned with your legalities or your judgement. where I come from its wrong to do what he did. its wrong for people to walk past a girl screaming and not offer aid. I also think its wrong for you to make your snide , smart ass remarks. while I did fight for your right to live where you enjoy the freedom to do so ....does not absolve either of you of the responsibility of those words. phhh I truly dont know why I bother, when posting Hong Kong colors on your Facebook status and typing the words We Stand with you is considered taking action....maybe I can get you a purple heart for that paper cut

Talk about mixed emotions. You may remember I thought to get my custom plates and shroud around Christmas. They actually arrived before Thanksgiving. I was stoked and had left a message for the postman to NOT leave them on the front porch if I wasn't home. So I had to go pick them up at the post office. as fate would have it,on that particular day there was a man in the parking lot making poor life choices and exhibiting very rude behavior. You know how much I detest rude behavior. During the process of gently showing him the error of his ways. My shroud became cracked. Being the good Samaritan I stayed by his side to make sure he didn't bleed out until medical assistants arrived. He was so appreciative that he insisted I take the cash from his wallet to replace the shroud and use the rest to buy some liquid refreshments on the way home for my trouble. It was great to see that his intelligence had improved , for when he reported his injuries he said they happened when he fell of his motorcycle......It warms my heart when a story ends well

I am something of a fan of the person who actually said it and I lived where the man lives who so often gets the credit, so this one is easy Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew and you have to give him respect and props for taking a backwater swamp and turning into a thriving metropolis * Singapore* however since he believed that it was better to be feared then loved, When I was there for 6 months in the 80's , you did not want to F Up. Drugs , littering and I am not kidding about this"Spit on the street" If you were caught doing a an infraction you were not sent to prison. You were sentenced to strokes of the Rotan a wooden bar wrapped in leather that when wielded by a master, would peel the flesh from your ass to your shoulders. So if you were sentenced to 10 strokes and passed out at 3... your sent back to a cell to heal until they pronounce you well enough to continue. So in essence you were incarcerated but for a short amount of time. Interesting legend,while I was there it was said only one man Ever got sentenced to the Rotan twice and he committed suicide rather then live thru that hell again. With 40 + years of buying raw comics ( ungraded by a 3rd party ) I finally broke down and bought my first two slabs ( the protective sealed casing given with grade and certificate of authenticity. Having said that and coincidentally my heat press arriving today. I don't think I will ever pay for someone else to do my dry cleaning of the books or my pressing. If a purchase with CGC is strictly and investment decision, then yeah , you cant argue with the numbers. My raw Savage She Hulk #1 in NM condition will bring in about $150 today (before Disney even airs one show) But my CGC 9.8 flawless will bring in between $500 -$750 As for the Werewolf by Night #32 which was a tough book to find anywhere above 9 . It had a low print run to start with , but with it being first appearance of Moon Knight and the confirmation of the Disney/Marvel show, an insane priced book ... Just became obscene . a CGC 9.8 sold the other day for $50,000. In my opinion CGC is grossly overpriced. How do you justify charging me a percent of fair market value of a book that I own and your just providing a service?? madness. and it can literally take months sometimes to get your book back. BUT again there is no arguing with the final results. CGC books simply command a higher price then the other 2 grading companies and are not even in the same stratosphere as raw books. So yeah if you can get a bargain on and already graded piece at the "right" time... its totally worth it

My ninja's As most of you are aware I am just here to provide emotional support. It is my hallucination that the mighty Arak's rig is just fine. However , I might be convinced to join the winner for the trip in an advisory role , or for tax purposes we could simply claim that I am the security/bodyguard. lol what pains my heart is to see the group collective ( which normally is a fine , fun group of people that I have grown fond of ) reduced to a mob of whining , crying , back biting little biaaaaaatches snap out of it. wait for the winner and when they are chosen ..be happy for them as a member of our family that is getting to go and become a little bit better, and remember that in life , It is not the treasure chest waiting at the end, but the journey getting there that is the true reward Peace Arak
