I am using chrome v77.0.3865.75 (64bit). i just checked the resolution with the method kirashi mentioned and it says it's playing at 1280x720...wtf???? I downloaded downloaded HEVC and still the same. I set up the account to stream best quality. Like I said, it works perfectly when I view netflix thru my tv's app, it's just when I stream it on chrome it looks bad

So I got a 55" LG C9 OLED TV to serve as my monitor over the weekend and everything on it looks fantastic...except netflix. When I access netflix directly through the tv, the image is clear and crisp but when I switch over to the PC the image isn't as clear. I don't think it's my hardware - my setup is core i9 9900k and a single 2080ti. it's really weird because when I watch youtube videos in 4k on the computer it looks perfect, but for some reason, netflix just looks crappy. And yes, I do have a 4k subscription from netflix. Anyone have any idea what's happening?
