Probably i7 8700 or up to i7 9700 on the intel and for the amd as i mention above. Sorry about on the budget because Im not sure how much our currency here in the Philippines is. lol.

Planning to upgrade my rig or build a new one the problem is im not sure on what to choose between intel 8700 or higher or the amd ryzen 2700x higher for very last long. Any recommendations? Will use for gaming and streaming etc. Ps my other parts are GPU: Asus Strix 1060 Adv. (Will upgrade soon) PSU: Coolermaster mwe 650 gold Monitor: MSI Mag241c

Hi, Im planning to upgrade my old rig but first i would like to upgrade my graphic card to 2060 or 1070 ti or not the problem is will it bottleneck my system?? Current system I7 4790 (Non k) 16gb ram 1600mhz 3 tb hd
