I just found a setting for the x16 slots and the bios was limiting them to 2 lanes. I switched them to 4 lanes and everything started working. Thanks for the help!

I wonder if the GPUs are fighting over PCIe lanes, the 8700k only has 16 to begin with, is there any way to limit the lanes in the bios?

The board has plenty of rgb leds, but nothing that tells me any post codes. As for no post, the board powers up momentarily with the two cards installed and then nothing, so literally no post. Hope this helps.

I have a client who needs to connect to six monitors, but also does video/image editing, I have him setup to use an NVS 810, but that wasn't designed for that type of workflow. Previously we have gotten him a 1080 and a 2080, but neither of those support 6 monitors on their own. I have a Strix Z390-E Motherboard and have tried booting with both previously mentioned GPU's attached, but it does not POST when I do so. It will POST with the cards individually attached, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong, or whether that combo is possible. The PSU that I'm using is 1300W. Any help would be appreciated.
