    I resolved the problem.
    That sound was motherboard telling me that I didn't correctly installed RAM Memory, after updating bios and putting ram stick again sound dissapierd.

    Use AMD driver cleanup tool. 
    I had like same issue with that graphics card.

    Why replacement? It's still good PSU, if you have a warranty you can take it to a service.

    Go for a 5700GPU or RX 580/570. It will benefit you more
