Hello,
I have just finished building a new PC and I am experiencing Blue screens at seemingly random times, while the PC is not under heavy (or any) load. The specs:
OS - Windows 10
x64
What OS was originaly installed on the system? None
Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from a retailer): Purchased the licensed of a retailer.
Age of system (hardware): Brand new.
Age of OS installation : Brand new (1 day)
CPU model : Ryzen 5 3600, AM4, 3.6 GHz, 6-core
Video Card model: Radeon RX 5700, 8GB GDDR6
MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop): MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI, ATX-emolevy
Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this) : Corsair 650W RM650x (2018)
Ram - 16GB (2 x 8GB) Vengeance RGB PRO, DDR4 3200MHz, CL16, 1.35V
Laptop or Desktop? : Desktop
What I've tried already:
Updating BIOS
Set the XMP to profile 1 and RAM frequency to 3000 MHz
Updated drivers
Requesting some support on how to proceed with troubleshooting/fixing this. The crash dumps would indicate a driver/software issue to me, but I don't know too much about that, find them attached.
