avoid 2-3 sodas and get a CPU upgrade. 
 
edit: or optionally, dont get a case for the time being, its not a must have. 

Maybe go with the cpu upgrade instead than the case, although better case = better airflow/easier build etc etc 

how much over 400$ can you spend then?

this one. it wasnt as much more as i thought. 
 
other suggestion would be spending another 54$ on a r5 1600.
