  1. Hello guys this is my first post in this forum, i'm not a native english speaker so i apologize for any error in advance. So i'm having a problem with both my keyboard and my mouse. Mouse: so i had a thermaltake level 10 gaming mouse long time ago but it died so i had to change for a 10$ generic gaming mouse, you guys know how those mice usually have a couple of thumb buttons that are usually bind to "back" and "forward" for internet browsing and all of that, i usually use one of those for push to talk on Discord and other voice chats, the problem here is that theres an error that happened with both the expensive mouse and the cheap one were my push to talk button (thumb button assigned to "back") will randomly stop working, this has happened on both windows 7 & 10. So when this error happens in Rainbow Six Siege as an example, it'll stop working as push to talk, it'll be like crouching in the game, in other games will just stop working as a go back button, this can happen in either a long gaming session or a small one the only way to fix it is to restart the computer or unplugging the mouse then plugging it back which is kinda annoying when i'm trying to comunicate with teammates. Keyboard: So for the keyboard i have had the same keyboard for over 5 years, it's a Therlmaltake challenger (the cheapest one), you know how keyboards have those function keys bind to the F-keys? Well i know the keyboard has a dedicated function key that when pressed it'll start doing things like volume up, volume down, etc when pressing the F-keys, the problem here is that it'll randomly stop detecting the F-keys as their normal inputs (F1 for help, etc) and instead it'll start working as multimedia keys even if i'm not pressing the FN key (left windows key) and this won't fix even if i unplugg the keyboard so i have to restart the computer completely, is kinda annoying in games like Dota 2, Smite, Rainbow six, etc as those games make use of the F-keys for different purposes! This will happen randomly and i already checked that the FN key isn't being pressed or isn't stuck so i have no clue what's causing this. I don't know if i explained myself well but i'll appreciate any help you guys can bring me! Or if someone has a similar problem please share any solutions you have tried. Thank you so much for your time! PS: i can't afford a new mouse or keyboard atm so that's why i'm trying to fix this
