Hello so like last 2 days my computer had this problem again where the hdd light wont lit up and computer wont display anything(monitor just looks for signal) even I did not touch anything on the PC. I usually leave it unplugged 15minutes to 1 day and it starts again like normal but now I waited 12 hours and it still wont POST I think thats what its called? Before, when the problem occurs the HDD light usually blinks for only 0.5 seconds(then no light) but then I reseated the GPU to see if it will work again and now totally no blinking or light. So heres stuff I tried : •Cleaning ram contacts with eraser and switching slots(only have 1 4gb ram) •Reseat GPU •Remove and put back CMOS battery •Reseat all cables(except some fans because they're small very hard to pull out and my finger already hurt) •Leave PC unplugged for 12hours I need help to know what might be the problem Notes: •I think I broke the motherbord? because it's really hard to put the ram so I need to use so much force that my metal case starts to creak(the latches wont even click). •I think its not monitor or hdmi cable because this happens on my old monitor •I might just wait longer and be more patient and see if it fixes itself after more waiting hours. I don't feel any texture when I rub it. Feels like it's inside

1 week ago my monitor suddenly got these bubble spots and I can't see sometimes on that part of the screen because of those spots. I tried wiping it out but it doesn't wipe or move. I also tried searching but nothing I saw looked like this and I don't know whats the problem. I attached a picture of what the monitor is and its pretty old. Should I just buy a new monitor? Also the spots can't be seen when the monitor is off and not emiting light.
