I don't think its worth the time and effort considering that you can get a decent case fan for $5

That I did not know. Hopefully the new Focus PX/GX fixed that.

I have which is why I said to go for a Focus or something newer, to my knowing they don't have those problems (except the Focus+ shutdown problems with high end gpus)

Corsair CX or if you can find a seasonic focus go for it. Seasonic makes the best PSUs and you cant go wrong with them (I know i sound like a fanboy but better safe than sorry).

Ryzen 5 3600, but download the latest BIOS for your motherboard because you need to update it so you can actually use the PC. Later down the road you can overclock it if needed to match the 3600x.

16GB, no question. Even chrome uses a lot of RAM. Newer games use a lot more RAM, if you check system requirements you will see that some require MINIMUM of 8GB and recommended of at least 12GB.

Considering that AMD will soon™ release top end NaVi cards) which if the numbers of RX 5700 and RX 5700XT are anything to go by) I would wait a bit longer and either get RTX cards when nvidia slashes prices again or the AMD card that beats it.

The install isn't that fresh considering that i have been using for 2 or 3 weeks and i didn't touch ram at all so who knows what happened. Also i used cinebench because i know the what type of numbers to expect so it is possible to decide whether its performing as expected.
