When installing the AMD display diver my screen becomes black. My computer does do anything and I have to manually turn it off and turn it on again. When this happens and my computer boots up again the driver is not installed. I got in with safe mode, uninstalled the drivers and no more black screen. However, when trying to install drivers, I get the black screen mid install I ran DDU before I tried installing the driver.

GPU : XFX R7 370 4GB
CPU : i5 8400
RAM : 16 GB
MOB : ASUS H310M-K
PSU : Cooler Master 400 W
What I've tried:
AMD Cleanup Utility and DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to uninstall the drivers.
HDMI and DVI monitors (at the same time, with only one, replugging in, etc.).
Disabling firewall and antivirus software
Is my GPU dying, or has something else gone wrong?
