  1. ~86-90°C in a hot environment, while mining. It is definitely worth changing the pads.
  2. Final update, the 1mm Thermal Grizzly Minus pad gives the best temps
  3. Thank you for your response ! Tried 0.5mm and it's trash, will buy 1mm Thermal Grizzly Minus pad.
  4. I used 1mm pad and the core temps are okay. But the memory chips are still really hot. Maybe will try .5mm, can't find .75mm pads.
  5. Alright, thank you ! Will update when I receive it.
  6. Right thank you guys. And do you know any way to slim down the pads? Or do I need to order new ones?
  7. Hello, I have tried to change the thermal paste and memory thermal pads on my RX 5700 Sapphire Pulse but now the core seems to not be cooled. In 1 sec in load it gets to 105°C.. At first I thought the problem was the thermal paste (too much) but now I think that my pads (1.5mm) are whether too thick or too thin. (When I look at the pads, they touch memory chip) What you guys do you think? Thanks
  8. Ok, so i found the problem thanks to HWMonitor. Even if in the BIOS i configure the VCORE to 1.3V, it's not. I need to force it to 1.3V in Ryzen Master. Is this a bios bug? Because Ryzen Master don't change anything at startup, and yet the VCORE is not at 1.3V at startup I'm on the last bios firmware on my Asus Rog Strix X570-F.
  9. 1) On Ryzen Master my voltage is always strange, when everything worked well at 1.3V, Ryzen Master was showing me 1.00V, but CPU-Z 1.3V.. And now i've double checked, i'm in 1.3V in the bios settings, CPU-Z is showing me 1.3V BUT Ryzen Master show me ~1.48V ! I don't know if this is the problem but even if i change in the bios the voltage (1.29 for example) it's still ~1.48V, only in Ryzen Master. 2) I don't think it will deteriorated this fast? 3) Just checked in the bios, every fans and pump seems working at normal speed. TechyBen) I don't think so, i have a profile on the bios that i created when the temps were fines. And in Ryzen Master i've used the "Reset" button. Thanks everyone for your help !
  10. Hi, i've recently bought a 3900X and i have some problems with temperatures. I used some old Jetart CK4000 on my H115i. The temps where great at stock frequency and 1.3V, ~=33°C on idle and ~=75/80°C on Cinebench R20 (22°C room temp). So i played a bit with overclocking and managed to get it at 4.3GHz / 1.4V and Cinebench at <100°C. But now when i'm back to stock frequency and 1.3V i'm at 45°C on idle and reach max stock temperature (95°C) on Cinebench and my score is horrible. What the fuck happened? Thanks for your attention
