this is my first pc build and was hoping I could have input from others as to what/if I should change any of the parts on my build. I’m mostly going to be gaming, but I also would like as much “future proofing” and have room for more creative projects. (Streaming/video editing/photoshop etc) I have a budget of around $2100 for the PC itself. & $400 for a 1440p 144+ refresh monitor
cpu: Ryzen 3600x
Cpu cooler: Kraken x62
motherboard: X570 Taichi
memory: Trident z Royal 16gb 3600MHz 16 cas
Graphics card: 5700 XT red devil/ or a 2070
storage: Team group 1Tb pcie 3.0 x4
Storage2: 3Tb seagate barracuda 7200rpm
power supply: Corsair txm 850w 80+ gold
Case: Lian-li PC-O11 dynamic
Case fans: 6x Corsair HD-120 RGB
My questions: should I go for 32GB ram at 3200 MHz (for same price) even though 3600 is the “sweet spot” currently for my cpu? (More ram at the cost of a few FPS) also Couldn’t I overclock the 3200 to 3600?
Cpu cooling; should I go for a 360 AiO instead of a 280 for a more aesthetic look?
