Because the s6 is a relatively old phone, there aren't many well put together tutorials that cover everything properly, so it's very possible I've missed something. I've got TWRP, and ODIN 3.12.3 installed on my PC, and after restarting into custom OS download mode and attempting an AP flash, it keeps on failing. When trying to flash a tar to root it, it also fails. It isn't the USB con or drivers, so what is it? Pls help....... Here are the files I'm using and some details about the device: Flashing files I'm using (ODIN, TWRP, and CF-Auto Root TAR) G920AUCS7ERC1 Model s6 The CF-Auto Root tar was built for the G920AZ (G920AZTUU6DQF3)

Three days ago, I finished building a great pc gaming rig with all ssd storage. The storage setup consists of a WD Black 256gb Nvme M.2 for boot and two Sandisk Ultra II 960gb drives for game storage. They are running in a spanned storage array and just a few minutes ago, everything was working fine, everything super fast but now, just a few minutes later, everything is super slow. Anything on the drives takes years to open and running crytaldiskmark gets read scores of 550 MB/s and writes of 350 MB/s. What's even more interesting is that not only do apps on the Ultra II's have trouble opening and closing, even certain programs on the fast WD Black boot drive (specifically task manager) are just as slow to open and close. Some programs on the M.2 (like chrome) are really fast like usual but others like task manager are super slow too. Running crystaldiskmark on the WD Black M.2 gets aroung 1620 MB/s reads and 1470 MB/s writes (usual #'s). Those scores from CrystalDiskMark are only from the SEQ1MQ8T1 benchmark. If you need it, I can run full tests. Other possibly useful info: Ryzen 5 3600 Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro Wifi 2 x 8gb 3000mhz Team T-Force VulcanZ Memory Gigabyte RTX 2070 Corsair CX550M I salvaged the Ultra II's from a recently upgraded server for a business that was being sold. They were lightly used and I got them for free so I favored them over HDD's. That could be something to do with it... not sure. My guess is that It's a software issue since it was doing fine a few minutes ago and because there might be something wrong due to the drives being run together as "Spanned" drives. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Yep, it seems like after a little bit of fiddling, windows fixed them itself
-
Windows reported that the drives had issues and directed me to control panel where it ran diagnostics and fixed it! Here is the same info for the second drive, I beleive that the capacity is coming up as 860gb instead of 960 because CrystalDisk reports each drive as having 100gb for NAND flash? Not sure what's up with it.

I'll try it

Windows reported that one of the drives needed to be repaired, I ran the tool and now one of the drives formats to 800gb
-
I actually found them in an upgraded server that was running an i5-4000 series cpu. On that machine they both reported as 500gb
-
I have two 960gb SanDisk SSD's and when I format both of them, the capacity is only 500gb. Disk management shows that the drives only have 500gb with no unallocated space to be seen. Same issue on both identicle drives. What's up? Pls help

Hmm. Going with an older i7 means I can get ram for practically nothing. I can overclock and get it to 4ghz. A 980 can be had for $110, 16gb or ram is around $37 and an i7-3770k can be had for $105. X chipset motherboards go for as low as $60. I have some good 7200 rpm hard drives and I value a nice case. I would remove the hdd and put the money towards a better case. I am on a more strict budget, I can spend an extra $30 but that's all. Great config. -

Buying used gets me better value. What parts would you recommend for similar performance? -
I'm thinking i7-3770k, gtx 980, 16gb 1600mhz ram, Thermaltake 500w 80+, ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO and a Fractal Design Focus G case.
