xNDx got a reaction from Stormseeker9 in 3700x or 3900x? Is the 3900x Overkill?
To be completely honest, I don't really know what pcie 4 is or what it does. I don't really know much about computer specs, it'll be my first build by myself. From the list that @Stormseeker9 suggested, I think the X570 Prime-P is kind of my budget as it's almost $300.
