Just popping by amidst all craziness to say to Linus and LMG:
There are still fans around, people who appreciate the work that you all do. I know because I am one of them.
Hang on, and take some time to focus on the necessary improvements and find your ground again. You can do it, give it the time that it needs.

People need to chill out instead of shouting about everything. Bottom line: as much as you think you can see inside the company and know all these people, you can't and you do not.
We only know what we see, which is eventually only a small portion of who all these people are. Be grateful they show as much as they do, they are much more open about a lot of things then any other company I know.

I am not dismissing the Madison situation by any means, or the things Steve brought on, but I can't pretend knowing everything that is going on and I can't just blindly accept that suddenly the whole company seems to be this bad.

So far, every reply I've seen from LMG and Linus, I can still see where it comes from and I do believe the good intention still.

    Good luck!

Good idea. It's reproducible since the issue happens pretty much every time I shut down.
Well I double (and triple for that matter) checked all the cables, so that shouldn't be it. If it's inside the psu I'm just buying a new one...

    Thanks for the opinions!

Could the LTT crew please listen to the community and stop with the retarded thumbnails and insane clickbait (although that vary's with videos some are worse than others).

We get it that it get's you guys more money but simply faking a title is wrong.
I liked it when the thumbnails represented the product or the topic more like they did a year ago.

This video has a intriguing title and a good Thumbnail.                                    This more recent one sucks, Photo shopped asf and is ugly, not helpful at all.
Gives a good view of the product and is nice.                                                  I mean WHAT DO HOTDOGS HAVE TO DO WITH AN ALL-IN-ONE?!?

Or this thumbnail is really good!                                                VS             Then you have thumbnails like this one which have nothing to do with the
Topnotch camera work by brandon and the title just works.                              video itself.. Please.

Thumbnails that are not photo shopped are way better and the ones that are shouldn't be used it as it gives the video a way less professional look and is just plain annoying and anti-consumer.

Maybe there is a compatibility issue with that one stick versus the other one in the corresponding dual channel slot?

Have you tried putting one of the other sticks  in that slot and it boots = the slot works.
Have you tried putting that last one stick in another slot and it boots = ram stick works.

Using algebra has been ages. Let's give this a shot:

    5 = 2 - k or 5 = -2 + k
    which would make k = -3 or k = 7

    g(1) = 4 or -6

weird. I watched Jayz video earlier today and it showed MASSIVE differences between the i3, i5 and i7 in gaming. You guys shouldn't have tested on 4k since that would make a GPU bottleneck before a CPU bottleneck, I think.

EDIT: just rewatched Jayz video a bit. He tested on 1080p and got indeed big differences, but since those were for framerates above 120fps, which makes it a little less relevant. People with 120Hz or more monitors will probably not buy an i3.

An i5-7500 should still be a better buy for gaming, though. 4 full cores.

Many people so far on reddit have reported being hacked via teamviewer. Some catching it in action, seeing their mouse move and unplugging their mouse ethernet lol, others, not so lucky ending up with unauthorized transactions in their paypal account.
Some believe there has been a breach of teamviewer's servers, others think it may be malware related or even password reuse- other sites were compromised and they attempted to log into teamviewer with those credentials.
So far, Teamviewer is not acknowledging any breach, just network issues.

If you have teamviewer installed, I urge you to remove it, and investigate if you've been compromised.
Seriously, that's why I'm posting this, I did not see this topic here.

there's supposed to be a big difference in quality too, not only in features. Whether you want to pay extra for it is of course to you. I suggest looking up comparisons with audio samples to judge for yourself. Should be pretty easy to find.

might be just me, but SM58 + pop filter is a really weird combination in my head...?

    Reasoning in my head:
SM58 is usually a stage mic (with a built in pop/wind filter btw), while stand-alone pop filters are usually for recording purposes with condenser mics.
