Just finished building this thing, however everything seems to be off, despite me turning on the PSU. The PSU also makes a quite buzzing noise. Any ideas how to fix? Or is something broken? 20191208_164457.mp4

Looking to buy this to cool my Ryzen 7 3700x however I've been seeing A LOT of people saying that this cooler's pump breaks after about 10 months. Is it worth getting, or should I get another AIO? If so, what are the next best alternatives for an AIO at a similar price?
