So whats the best GPU you think I could use with this Cougar BXM 700w?

RTX 3070 or 3080

Nothing wrong with my current PSU I just plan on overclocking and most likely an upgrade for my GPU. Im from israel and the BXM is 63$ from amazon

I dont understand PSU stuff so I have no idea what you just said sadly. I just wanna know if the 700w BXM is a good PSU and not a bad trashy one. My specs are: GTX 1070 and R5 2600 (and 2x8 DDR4 3200mhz) Im planning on upgrading my GPU soon so I need the extra power (and I am thinking of overclocking)

I read a lot and it concerns me because the VRMs are apparently bad on these boards so idk which to choose from these 3.I can get the gigabyte one used, the msi one new for the same price or I can get the Asus PRIME B450M-K II new for a bit cheaper. Please recommend me whatever you can! thanks! (Asus PRIME B450M-K II is available locally for 52$ and the other 2 mobos are on amazon)

Hello! I dont know if this is the right place for this but here we go. I accidentally stripped a motherboard screw on the laptop when trying to remove it so I tried to use super glue and it didnt work does anyone know what to do? Thank you for your help
