I just changed my CPU, ram and motherboard from an FX 8350 to a new ryzen 1600. Can I try to boot from the hard drive without doing anything, or shall I install new windows?

My motherboard recently died and I have decided to go for an upgrade of motherboard, CPU and ram since my pc had an FX 8350 in it. I wanted to get the lowest price available with the best results. I have opted for a Ryze 5 1600, Gigabyte b450 s2h and G. Skill Aegis 8gb DDR4 3000MHz. Is it ok?

My motherboard is now useless and I want to buy a new one. My old motherboard was Asrock 970 pro 3 and I have an FX 8350. I dont want to upgrade to ryzen cause it will cost me a lot. I'm thinking of buying the Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 R2. Is it ok? Lastly will it be necessary to format after changing the motherboard?
