I would want some help with overclocking my rx 580. Right now the power is +15, the core is 1449MHz and the memory clock is 2101MHz. What can i change?

(sorry if i misspell) My GPU seems to have some kind of problem. My main screen does not get any signal and im writing this on my second monitor. It also sometimes makes the screen go black when under load. Specs: r5 3699, rx 580 8gb oc, 16gb ram, 600w psu
