Alright thanks for all your help I have tried all of the above but I think the card may have had it with a hardware issue.

Yeah tried 3 different displays all with their different cables, tried vga DP and HDMI

Thank you for the reply, tried windows from about 2016 to 1903 today. Tried using 5 or 6 different drivers from 380 to the newest ones now and I have done that on both machines. I am all out of ideas from here.

Hi guys, I have a 980ti which I have had for over 2 years now, after a big windows update a few months ago it seems to have broken my gpu. I use ddu to uninstall the drivers and I reinstalled the latest nvidia drivers for my card, after i restart the computer comes back with a very pixilated display despite saying it is running at 720p and in device manager it shows error code 43. I am not sure where to go from here as the card is now out of warranty. I have also tried the card in 2 different systems and same results in both. Thank you for any help.
