  1. I am currently looking for a VR headset that connects to my pc, I don't really know where to ask this but decided this might be a good place. I am looking for one that is around the price point of $500 USD and my specs are below: Ryzen5 3600 32gb @3200 Ram 1660 Ti
  2. I just bought a used rx 590 for $100 USD and am now ordering the rest of my parts, I now have about $370 to spend on the rest of the parts. I was wondering if this build looked good. 3. My budget is around 500-600 for the PC and the actual headset isn’t a problem, although I would preferably like to get one that I would get the most bang for my buck. yes, the quest is the one that is the stand alone headset that comes with the joysticks, basically like playing on a mobile phone running a version of Android, except you can actually play real VR games on it.
  4. I am thinking of getting into VR and playing with my friends, I was thinking of getting the Oculus Quest but decided to come here to ask more about it. The initial question is, what should I do, build a pc and get a headset or get the all-in-one? If you think I should build then please leave a list of parts that I could use to build a VR pc. I live in Southern California, United States and want to mainly use it for playing games with my friends, mobility isn’t really an issue, thanks for the help!!

My original idea was to pair a 9th gen I3 with no integrated graphics with a GTX 1060...can anyone help/improve this. Also please include a pcpartpicker list so I can buy them thanks ? *edit* also please make it intel so that I can take advantage of the 10th gen cpu’s coming out...sorry and thanks again
  9. This looks perfect, although im quite surprised that you put in the OLOy memory since most would suggest the Crucial Ballistix Sport LT...thank you both for the help ?
  10. Thats a good thing to know, i'll prob just get them a early birthday present and surprise them with a VEGA 56 since there is a new one in my area that someone is selling for $200...would that be good?
  11. Hi, thank you for your help. I was wondering if it would be fine if i were to change the ssd to a 250gb one and use the scraped money to put a Ryzen 5 2600 instead of the 2400G, and just give them a tb hard drive they can move the games onto
  12. By the way, is your cover pic Photo or Art?

    Either way it's awesome

They are also switching from Mac to windows and will most likely need a new monitor since they have one that runs on 780p, you don"t have to include the windows key since I have many unactivated one lying around. Thanks :)))))
