MS has made a hash of updated (fact) since Win10 was first released. It's simply a matter of time before they hose something up again. The fact they are using the general populace as bug finders/beta testers because they fired their QA/QC staff, says as much.

Win10 in the home space is bad, but in the business space is worse. I manage over 1,000 systems and we are actively looking at *nix where possible because Win10 is such a problem with our, admittedly, specialized environment.
 

There is a level of caution one should take while working with lipo batteries. However, nicad/nimh are capable of exploding whereas lipo batteries typically catch on fire.

I been working on cars since the lat 80s and never had to do that once. Maybe clear CEL codes but never take the car into the dealer.
But I have to agree with the first part. Lipos are not all to safe of a battery and they need a chip and smart charring setup to keep them from blowing up.

Windows "9" is a thing
I use it. love it. All the advantages of 7 and 10, none of the BS from 10. (unless you are a hardcore gaming geek, I don't think it supports DX12)

But how can't it be fake if it says EVGA? I could buy a old EVGA card and mod the bios and sell it off as something else. If I could do that why can't someone ease that is willing to do so do it ?
I mean I don't see it being a fake, not many fakes say EVGA on them. but its still possible.

Charge back on your credit card. you no longer have the item they shipped you in your possession so they should no longer have the money you gave them. Get your money back first and fight with them later...
