  13. if you have priority about intensive cpu game, i5 9600k(oc @5Ghz) /i7 9700k(future) you should go. ryzen 3700x little not good
  14. if not feel little laggy, it should be fine cpu temp under 90 degree celcius is totaly fine for last generation
  15. don't know as far i know, the problem about overclocking is switch up/down voltage. switch up when you want tweaks, switch down when always crash.
  16. @skrt try to play at 1280x1024 resolution(not 960). maybe have different result. i hear issue about rtx 2080 get poor performance at low resolution.
  17. corsair h100i, made in 2012. i think the liquid already gone/not good anymore, then he tell got noisy
  18. @skrt first, change your cpu cooler with dark rock pro 4. i think your cpu cooler is not decent for high overclocking. then learn about tutorial overclocking cpu. it have a step by step. if you have understand, reach all core to @ 4.9/5 Ghz. don't forget make a good airflow(learn cable management if needed) at your case for avoid over heat. hope you have stable 300fps. good luck!
  19. maybe go to another forum make you have got fast answer. sry i'm bad for this https://forums.servethehome.com/index.php
