no i don't, where i can see that?

Well, my pc doesn't shutdown i don't know why, when i try to restart on windows everything just shutsdown (leds, ands fans are off) and the pc start again but if i put windows on shutdown windows my fans and the rgb still on... I checked,the ram, the connectors, everthing and nothing works that´s why i'm here. well recently i posted a few problems here, but apararently the problems don't leave me ? now i update all the drivers all the bios, the chipset etc etc. My gc (rx 570 8gb) doesn't run good, i can do all things except stressing out. i've been playin minecraft with texture packs and shaders and got 70-80 fps, but 10 seconds later just freezes. idk what really is happening if u could help me again pls. Again me, so last night i tried a different solutions to my problem. My problem is i can't run a rx 570 8 gb card on a amd a10-7850k, i can't find what's the problem. maybe is the amd dual graphics or crossfire but i can't disable from the bios or de software. i really don't know what is happening. i u can help me i will aprecciate <3. yeah, i look and connect all properly in place. Maybe i should contact....

it doesn't work. i tried to remove the battery, i used a jumper to use clr_cmos and still having the problem, i will install a old driver for look to disable crossfire or dualgraphics.
