  1. I'm using a B350m Bazooka motherboard. At 100% load I'm not hitting 1.256v as specified in my Bios. I've went up to LLC mode +4 and the difference between the voltage im supposed to be getting has been decreasing whenever I go up +1 LCC mode. However, I don't want to keep going up too much cause It will make my CPU too hot. I've been getting higher Cinebench scores whenever I step up LCC but im still not hitting 1.256v. My BEST settings are 3.6ghz with an LCC mode of +4. Highest score with this was 1756. Is this normal or do I have an issue? Before this I was on 3.7 ghz with no LCC getting scores around 700 in Cinebench. After updating my BIOS I noticed that I would have BSODs and my Browser pages would crash. I ran cinebench and discovered that I COULD NOT get through a benchmark without crashing or freezing.

  3. The timing in VLC is also very off. Doesn't even align with the original video and the frames constantly stutter.
  4. I am trying to do Burn-in Subs with a program I can customize how the text looks. Nothing fancy just plain subs in Arial Text. It doesn't matter to me if It can't save as MKV, just as long as I can save to mp4 with the subs burned in. MeGUI doesn't work for me cause I don't EVER get the directshow option. Only one click encoding and File indexer. I really don't want to sit there and wait in real time for VLC media player, especially on long videos. All I want is good quality video, and the ability to overlay subs. Something with an Easy to use GUI preferably.
  5. Understood, thanks. Ill get a new Motherboard and Gpu and go from there.
  6. If I get a VM program that can do GPU Passthrough, Would I still be able to game inside of the Host with ONLY 1 GPU? (My motherboard can only support 1)
  7. I'm using Vmware workstation player. I have 1 guest OS that is Windows 7. I want better performance. There is little difference in my game performance when gaming on both Host and Guest at the same time vs just gaming on either one of them. I've come to the conclusion that it must be the amount of processors/cores I've assigned in Vmware workstation player. My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 with virtualization support and I am using a Radeon Rx580 4gb. 8gb of Ram. My VM is 40GB. My processor has 8 cores. Also supports SMT/Hyperthreading. How many cores would you recommend that I assign to my VM? I get the same Frame Rates on the Host with the VM running a game as I would with the VM not running. I get the same Frame Rates on the VM while running a game on host as I do with just playing a game on the VM and not the Host.
