The thing is that this guy does ignore what other neighboor have to say, or he even has the face to highten up the volume when requesting to lower it up, Futhermore police here seems to be a joke, you call them and they think up stupid excuses like " it's weird, you're the only one who called us, usually for this stuff we do receive massive reports, we don't have many patrols and we do think that there is more important stuff to do" to not come Which is obviously not true, even the other neighboor tried to call them, and they had more or less the same reply, and I do know what they have to do all the time, doing nothing, unless it's not something that can make them look good or you do know anybody of them, they will not do anything

But the problem is that no output is coming from there, I already checked the lamp switch if it was turned on but I have the same issue, I also checked more than one pinout, maybe some cable was reversed and I was checking both grounds, but nothing, all the pinouts were not giving output at all Here we have 230V 50hz Also, I'm not really sure if there is a buzz from there or not because there are several devices in my home that do noise, but at first I thought that I did heard a buzz coming from that, but also after some time I didn't heard that anymore I don't know if before as lamp holder it did work or not, since I never used it, but sometimes a "buzz" was coming from the light switch

So in a room there is only a lamp socket And I do need a generic socket do plug in a thing I know that lamps to work needs a ballast.. but I have no idea on where this ballast is nor which one it is But as long the output in those cables is equal to other wall sockets, shouldn't I find any problems to remove the lamp socket and converting it to a wall socket?

The problem is that my family is into the idea that I should subscribe to university, And since I still don't have a fixed income, I'm at the mercy of their decisions Though dunno if I could take my money back after paying for it But the courses seems to be pretty much reduced to the bone and fattened with useless bullshits I agree with you But unfortunately I don't have that much of freedom Though many workers searchers do look for university/college degrees or other certificate, I do guess that is for filtering out the possible candidates

Nevermind, but thanks to all I think that I was able to subscribe to some shitty university course (their plans are shit, but they seems to be less expensive than a couple of certifications) I still don't like the idea to have spent money for "education" while this one can be easily acquired for free.. but I got a social pressure to subscribe to an university.. since I still don't have enough money to go into another house by myself..
