Jakebrims got a reaction from ibrahemmostafa0 in Surface Headphones 2 for Gaming
Hi
personally for PC gaming i would defo recommend the arctis 7 from SteelSeries, i have had them a while now and they're still comfortable (i wear glasses and they feel fine)
However they cannot wirelessly connect to your phone, they do have a audio jack tho.

You need to be more specific, there are literally hundreds of cases out there in that price range. And RGB case fans can always be added later.

These are mid-towers though. Are you looking for something smaller (since you mentioned a 3070 "Mini")?

Jakebrims reacted to tikker in Can i connect Z906 to a sony receiver?
The Z906 has optical in it seems, so if your Sony receiver has optical out you could connect it that way.

Something is up. Not sure what though. This is not an issue I see much of here. Therefore something is different with your system than most others. I notice you’ve got an unusually small amount of ram for the kind of hardware you have, if your sig contains the machine stats. I don’t know if that’s actually the machine you are referring to though, and it might be nothing even then.

Jakebrims reacted to WaggishOhio383 in Is this case RGB compatible with my MOBO?
No worries. It was somewhat complicated for me figuring out how RGB wiring works the first time around. It makes a lot more sense once you've actually done it.

Jakebrims reacted to WaggishOhio383 in Is this case RGB compatible with my MOBO?
It doesn't connect to your motherboard. It connects to the fan hub. I would assume you just connect the 3 or 4-pin RGB cable straight into it, rather than plugging into the header on your motherboard (which you don''t have). I believe the remote also requires power, but I don't know for sure what kind of connector is used for that.

Yes. Unfortunately you cannot create your own color patterns, but there are 14 presets available so hopefully you can find one you like.

You won't be able to control the RGB from your motherboard via software on your computer if you don't have an RGB header. However, the case does include an optional wired remote button that can be used to change the RGB between different presets. You can also rewire the reset button on the case to change the RGB instead if you would like.
More info on how it works if you scroll down to the section titled "ARGB CONTROLLER" on this page: https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/cases/mid-tower/masterbox-mb511-argb/

Jakebrims reacted to flashiling in MOBO has no RGB headers, can i still use RGB fans/strips etc
well stupid people like me who forget to check their signature in the profile maybe won't know what mobo he's got.
and maybe someone who had the same mobo made a different solution that only works with that specific motherboard (very rare case and quite specific i know but you get my point, if too much info is given you can throw aside some, if too little is given you can't give a proper answer.)

I should probably list some resources to check out, see this info on Corsair's website: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=173880
Not that I recommend spending close to like 100 USD on RGB peripherals.. But if you do, you might as well get some decent.
OP's motherboard is mention in their signature and profile.
It's also not relevant; as they mentioned they have no RGB headers, so no point in specifically mentioning the motherboard either way

Without RGB headers, yes.
The Corsair controller work by plugging into a USB 2.0 internal header.

Jakebrims reacted to SupaKomputa in Where would i connect RGB to the MB?
For a bare vanilla RGB strips you to solder a female rgb header to be connected to the male rgb header on the motherboard.
For the fans you need to separately connect the rgb header and fan header.

Jakebrims reacted to Princess Luna in Is there much of an FPS difference Between 3400G and 3600?
Yes a whole lot because the 3400G is a quadcore based on Zen + (Ryzen 2000 series architecture) while the 3600 is an hexacore based on Zen 2 (Ryzen 3000 series architecutre).

only if you're not meeting your performance standards. If that pentium is delivering the experience your monitor can deliver, there'll be no difference. What games?
