  1. I wouldn't worry about how many programming languages you know. Being a programmer isn't about memorising everything about every language. Pretty much every single programmer copies blocks of code from Google or even from other programs. TLDR; Don't worry about it.
  2. Short answer: don't make an app like WhatsApp.
  3. Your request is very vague. I'd require more information to be able to provide an answer to your question.
  4. PyCharm Professional 2019 would meet your needs, I believe, considering the fact that it has out of the box Django support; however, you can still program using Django just fine in the Community Edition of the software. (https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/)
  5. It depends what you want to do with the server, whether it's game server hosting, or something like web/database hosting.
  6. There are no drivers that are officially compatible with NVIDIA hardware for macOS. Sorry!
  7. There is nothing inherently unstable or unsupported about running Windows on a Mac. Apple has even developed a compatibility layer for Windows (which can be accessed through Bootcamp) to ensure that Windows runs smoothly.
  8. Internet Explorer 11, running on Windows 8.1, it seems. (also, it is a user agent string, not an IP address.)
  9. I would recommend signing up for Codecademy.com and sign up for a Codecademy Pro subscription. I know it might cost a bit of money, but it’s worth it in the long run. The first programming language I would recommend learning is Python.
