So this is my first build after i connect every thing i can't get it to boot and i keep getting the cpu led on for some reason the led then keep switching to vga led and dram for some time also then they all go off thats where I'm Now but at first i was getting the dram led only and when i checked them they weren't installed properly so i fixed that. The cpu fan works for bit then shutdown and keep doing that. Case fan doesn't work at all.
The GPU seems to work fine the fans are spinning. I don't know what to do from here i recorded a video that i will upload to Mega client because its size( https://mega.nz/#!GtsRlY6B!mRvXTivBalFy-ZE0ibyZCKujpSlPZSNepXsySDb7_aE ) and here's a photo and my rig specs.
