You guys just need to pair it with a good screen and then you'll actually be blown away. Pair this with a Draper TecVision MS1000X ALR surface and you'll be blown away. You can also just order a demo kit from Draper which has all of their screen surfaces and you can compare them. Their high gain stuff is incredible but the MS1000X is the perfect balance of ambient light rejection and insane contrast boost all while losing 0 brightness since its a 1.0 gain. The only thing you lose is some viewing angle, but at 100 degrees its perfect for most situations.

As an enterprise sysadmin that does a lot of design work, some of their stuff makes me cringe pretty hard. But it's... not terrible.
