i am trying install windows on my nee ssd but when i boot it says sepect cd rom boot type 1 and 2 and when i say 1 it show the windows logo and then restarts and asks me again and whem. i choose two it says non system disk or disk error

thanks for the reply i accualy have 2 hdd so i can install windows on the other one and se if that helps. and my thermal paste dosent conduct electricity.

i recently upgraded my cpu, cpu cooler and gpu. and now my pc crashes at this screen and without the gpu it crashes at windows loading screen. spec: intel core 2 quad 2.83 ghz. 600 w aero cool power supply rx 470 8gb ram 1tb hdd be quite water cooler i tried: moving ram sticks pouting my old cpu in boot with GPU and without resetting cmos and bios trying to boot into safe mode or reinstall windows (couldn't do it) re instaling the cooler.

i tried changing the ram multiple times nothing happens. and when i remove my gpu it gets past that and boots to windows loading screen and then freezes
