Take it out of the case and then try.
Inspect the socket for any bent pins.

    Clear the cmos.
Re seat everything. Try with one stick at a time. After that plug the GPU and try booting with the I-gpu. If it does check if the card is detected.

The Side panel is tempered glass as far as I know.

From what I can see. It'll fit. But the it seems like it could be a little cramped.

    My bad.

It shouldn't because he needs a vertical mount, the GPU should be far enough of the panel, leading to the same thermal as if it were placed horizontally.

Looks like you can even place 2 fans under it for maximum airflow : https://www.lian-li.com/lancool-ii-1x/

    Hello,

    That's the size of the GPU 328 x 140 x 56.5 mm so it's thick (https://www.msi.com/Graphics-card/GeForce-RTX-2080-SUPER-GAMING-X-TRIO/Specification).

"TG afaik" means "Tempered Glass as far as I know", but yeah the side panel is indeed tempered glass.

The Side panel is TG afaik.
Anyways. It depends on how close the card is to the side panel. Is there's some clearance it should be fine. If the card has a big shroud / is really close to the side panel then it will have worst results.

Prime series  are out of stock. It will not restock for a long time. Platinium and titanium in Corsair and FSP but its prices are above the budget.

    Thank you.

Assuming you don't want another unit, I would go with the bequiet! one, it's the best out of those 3 (SP11 > Hydro > FX).

So she'll get a worse product for more money?
That makes as much sense as deep sea astronomy...

Anyhow, get a Ryzen 7 3700X or 3800X. Or even a 3900X. The cost of the cooler needed for that got i7 will make up the difference.

Also, get a decent board and a 1660 card. That R7 GPU is ancient and won't work well

    Hello,

Well I don't know the price of the 3700x but it's still probably cheaper and better for a workstation.

The entire system will only pull 250-300W.

Get a Platinum 600W. I think the SewSonic Platinum 650W should be about the same price as those

    Hello,

Power wattage calculator are totally useless. I don't see the CPU but your system should not go above 550W even when overclocked. So get the same PSU with 550W for 100-120$ instead.

For HDD, the mechanical part is the most important so RPM overshadows the cache.

Not a big difference it's like SSD vs NVMe for loading time.

I would change the CPU since the 3800x doesn't make sense when the 3600 (pure gaming) and 3700x (gaming, streaming, workstation) exist (same game performance), the motherboard is an overpriced trash even if it will handle a 3600, the case too (please let your hardware breath).

    Hello,

Having a Seagate 5400RPM 4TB with 256MB of cache it's still very fast, not as much as a SSD for sure but I didn't notice a lot of difference with my WD 7200TPM 1TB with 64MB of cache.

But don't use userbenchmark, that's a bad website in general.
