Hi I built a new pc, swapped from an old I5 to Ryzen 6 months ago. PC worked fine, then a month ago it just wouldn't boot.
Assumed was windows issue tried repairing windows or reinstalling using USB - Wouldn't get to the blue windows screen with options, would occasionally show logo then my monitor would loose input, cycle through then it would go back to click to go to bios screen
Posted by SSD to my friend, it booted perfectly normally in his PC. So assumed that was fine.
Got a replacement motherboard after mine was lost in the post being "Repaired" - Still didn't work.
Maybe SSD being temperamental - Replaced with brand new M.2 ssd. Still wouldn't let me install windows (No other drives inserted)
Might be my USB not compatible with installing windows, (Motherboard also has no usb 2 slots which i think can be an issue). Ordered a brand new windows licence on memory stick. - Lets me choose 64/32 bit, says loading files, shows blue windows logo for a second or two then reboots automatically.
At this point I have no idea what could be the issue. I have tried each ram stick in by itself.
My assumption is that if it gets past the bios the CPU and GPU must be working?
Any suggestions would be welcome.
