  1. It's not that easy. Only Memory chips that reach 3200 on Ryzen are Samsung's B-die and Hynix A/M-die. Anything other than those two, and you'll be stuck with 2133, 2666, Or best-case-scenario 2933. 'Tuned For AMD/Ryzen' isn't just marketing/advertising; it's a known problem for Ryzen processors, though, AMD is getting better at it.
  2. Get the first one. G.Skill Flare X memory is specifically tuned for AMD processors. Crucial is owned by Micron, which makes its own memory chips, and isn't great for Ryzen processors as you can't push it past anything above 2666+MHz (unless you are lucky enough to win the silicon lottery).
