  1. I cant pull up bios even without the USB plugged in. All I get is the flashing underscore and the keyboard works fine I tested it.
  2. I took out the USB and booted it up and now it says "Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key."
  3. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vt3Nb8 These are the specs.
  4. The keyboard is lit up but idk maybe I plugged the USB into the wrong slot.
  5. For some reason I can get the MSI bios to open up onto my screen. I have the USB with windows 10 plugged into the PC before I turn it on but when it turns on no matter what button I press I cant get Bios to open. All I get is a blank screen with the flashing underscore in the top left corner. Any help is appreciated, I have no idea what to do.
  6. Alright thanks, just needed to know what was going on. First PC build and just got into the PC business recently.
  7. I'm having an issue with the getting the wifi router to work. I have a Verizon router with a power cord plugged into a wall socket and the ethernet cable plugged into the PC, but the wifi won't work. It just shows a red symbol meaning the wifi is disconnected. I'm not sure how to do ethernet to my PC without having to put the router back from its original location when it was plugged into the LAN wall socket, to then get a long ethernet cable and running it to my room. Not sure what to do or how to get the router to work while in my room. I'm greatful for any help that I can get.
  8. Thanks for the help guys, I'm pretty set on this case since I like the specs and whatnot so I'll try to find another compatible motherboard that is about as good as the MSI Tomahawk.
  9. In my PC part picker list I wanted the Be Quiet! Pure Base 500dx and the MSI B450 Tomahawk. Here is the list and at the bottom of the list is the issue that concerns me. It has to do with the case not having the proper USB port for the motherboard. Not sure if I have to choose a different motherboard or is the issue irrelevant. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zrRv9G
  10. I edited the budget to fit the monitor, trying to go at around $200 or under for the monitor and the rest for the parts. As for mouse and keyboard that is outside of the budget.
  11. Budget (including currency): USD $1200 (With monitor) Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, Minecraft, Premiere Pro, and probably other games. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): - I've decided on a Be Quiet! Pure Base 500dx as the case and I already have a mouse and keyboard in mind so I'm only searching for the inards of the case and parts that will work with the case as well as provide a good gaming experience. - I plan to try streaming some as well. - Looking for a monitor that has 144hz and 1080p. - I'm planning to buy this week. Thanks in advance for all the help! Just a heads up, I'm a huge newbie when it comes to PC components.
  12. Okay thx for the info. I'll stick to the case you provided since Corsair is a decent brand. If you dont mind explaining, the video card improves what performance when upgrading between the 2060 and 2070. Sorry for my ignorance but I recently got into PCs so I am lacking a lot of knowledge.
  13. I will stick to 1 monitor for now since I can wait a little bit and I don't mind spending a little extra if it improves performance.
  14. Not sure if I wanna wait a few weeks for a motherboard. Is there another motherboard any of you would recommend?
  15. I can just get whatever parts now and then later resale them to then upgrade.
