I didn’t use it mostly because I couldn’t find it but i’m up to f41 and my pc is running amazingly (FINALLY!!)

So I got the new cpu and i’m currently updating the bios. I notice that gigabyte recommends installing EC FW update tool but I cannot find a download link anywhere. Is this a real thing? And would it install with the bios or in the operating system?

I’m just going to return it to amazon when i’m done with it, it’ll only take two days vs the entire amd process

Will the Ryzen 3 1200 work in this motherboard?

So even though the dram led is lit up, it’s probably the cpu after all?

I can’t even get into the BIOS to do that and I don’t know if I can flash the bios without the actual screen coming up

Hello, i’m new to pc building and I’ve been having this issue for the last week now where my motherboard won’t start up. The POST led for dram is lit up solid and it flashes back to cpu for less than a second. I have replaced the cpu, the motherboard and the ram with one that is on gigabytes compatibility list and it’s still having the same issue. Does anyone have any insight to this? parts list: gigabyte x470 Aorus gaming plus mobo amd Ryzen 5 3600 cpu hyperx 16gb 2666 nvidia rtx 2060 super founders edition sabrent m.2 256gb storage 2tb firecuda hdd I’m sorry if this has already been asked, new to the forum?
