  1. Ok i did some more extensive research about this and its china brand (well we know where this is going with s.s. huaweii leading) but they do have a reputation for being more like msi(well in taiwan anyway) no customer privacy was leaked and the likes, thanks for suggestion for the y540 i will consider it ^_^.
  2. Gpu more vram needed and its nice to have some room to work with by a 1660 or 1070 or higher, your cpu is more than capable to handle vr
  3. For value to performance its better to get the r5 3600x, your b450 mobo is already good enough for it(you don't need to upgrade to x570 unless you want future expandibility to a r9 3900x or 3950x with gen4 pcie speeds), you can also keep your 3400mhz ram unless you want that sweet spot for editing of 3600mhz cl16 but its not that significant tbh or have more ram to 32gb which is more than enough for anyone for more chrome tabs(god the ram tho) or for programs like adobe premiere and after effects which scale well, if you can get a good deal on a ssd or m.2 one either sata 3 or better yet nvme.
  4. Ok so im thinking of getting a laptop for some decently new AAA games and medium to heavy coding for college, if any of you have tried the brand called machenike please tell me is it any good since the prices they offer for my given requirements is great compared to the competition Dell g3 3590/g5 5590 Asus fx505du/ga502 Msi gl63 Machenike t90-PLus-TCi Lenovo legion y540 I have been doing my research and thus is what have decided between since (thanks a lot hp) my last laptop it anything thats a i7 or equivalent is a bonus but i5 or r5 is good enough for what i will do, also this an option should i go for a mx250 instead for my coding needs and go for a 1650 or 1060 instead for my gaming session?
  5. ok so up the storage and lower the wattage of the psu
  6. the reason why i chose 64gb is i am planning to work on 4k, my budget is actually $2500, i kinda ignored the storage but i have spare hard drives from my older laptop and pc, they function properly
