  1. I have been having this issues where i get screen tearing in game and motion blur like dizzy graphics when i move around fast. This happens on desktop too. For example when im watching someone play game on youtube or twitch it still gives me the screen tearing. One thing for sure its not my monitor because i got a new 144hz monitor thinking it was a monitor issue. still same result. also bought a new gpu n it gave same issue. Now im lost and dont know what is causing this issues. After i recording gameplay they looks better on other devices. So i only get this screen tearing on my pc only. Is it a mobo issue or a psu issue? please someone help! My system: Ryzen 5 3600 Rtx 2060 2nd new gpu: gt 1030 B450 tomhawk max nvme 512 gb transcend ssd 220s corsair cx650 bronze psu 16 gigs ram 3200 mhz Things i have tried: clean install of windows many times on ssd ddu gpu drivers, updating drivers, chipset, bios tried with different setting on bios including underclocking etc got a new 144hz monitor changed mouses, changed gpu tried with one ram got a new thermal paste on cpu tried only with ssd n hdd removed updating windows ofc since 2020 still on windows 10
  2. So was it your psu?? Im having similar issues and i think its my gpu or my psu. Please reply. Thank you.
  3. okay so new update: i think my mouse sensor is going bad. I used my mouse on my laptop and its still the same. I also used the logitech gaming software and tried the different dpis and its the same as on my desktop. My mouse model is logitech g102 prodigy. This was a replacement cause first time i faced double clicking issues and now sensor going bad. Now am wondering if they will give me another replacement lol.
  4. what makes no sense to me is my mouse dpi. i have been playing with 900 dpi on cod mw and i have set every setting the same and yet 900 dpi feels so slow in windows. i cant even use it and had to change it to 1100 dpi so that i can use it like a normal mouse speed.
  5. am not sure but i don't think so. i used a usb drive and installed it from windows. not as boot drive.
  6. yes i did and it didn't solve any issues. so i updated my bios to latest. after researching a lot online i have fixed the microsoft storage port driver latency by changing the default amd driver to windows ahci driver. now i am getting high latency on nvidia windows kernel mode driver. I am not sure why this types of latency happens
  7. So i have build this pc 1 year ago. All the parts are new. I play cod mw a lot everyday for hours. Few days ago my pc started to lag very hard. First thing i noticed was my audio would shutter and my games fps would drop from 120 to 80. So i reinstalling my audio driver but it didn't fix it. So i updated my windows and tried again but it still lagged and shuttered. When it lags my entire pc would lag, even my mouse cursor would lag. So i thought it might be windows, and so i installed a fresh windows and it got worse. Now even with fresh windows my cpu can't handle the tasks like installing a driver or playing a game. It would just lag and shutter. Even when playing video on youtube. Sometime it would run like normal but then when doing something it would lag again. So i do not know whats the main reason for this issue. From Hwinfo software one thing i found is "power reporting deviation" after googling it says "A score UNDER 100% means that your motherboard is UNDER reporting your power consumption, which will make the CPU speed up, increasing the voltage and temperature." i have added a screenshot of it. After googling a lot i have also used "LatencyMon" Software and it showed some issues that my pc have. I tried disabling the audio drivers and it seemed to help with the latency and then another windows kernal driver or something would show up with high latency. So i have no idea what they means or how to fix them. I would appreciate a lot if someone could help me fix this issues. I can't use my pc as i used to few days ago. Please someone help! Thank you. My system: Ryzen 5 3600 Rtx 2060 B450 tomhawk max 512 gb transcend ssd corsair cx650 bronze psu 16 gigs ram 3200 mhz
  8. thanks i also have been researching a lot online for the best settings for this game. I will definitely try your settings to see if they helps with these issues. And yes i definitely should upgrade my monitor. It's holding me back on this fps games with the latencys.
  9. yes that's why i capped my fps with in game settings too. maybe on high settings i should lower the capped fps since it could render even low fps than the limited fps. i just want to play on high settings but due to the delay i can't play as well as i can play on low settings. So i just end up lowering my settings to win the matches etc.
  10. that's what i thought and just can't figure out why it takes more time to show on high settings.
  11. yes they are running at 3200mhz on dual channel. could it be my internet. with high settings it needs more download and upload speed than it does on low settings. So even tho the ping is the same it takes a bit more time to transfer the data.
  12. yes i understand. I watched a lot of videos on utube regarding the input lags. I even capped my fps on game settings and turn off vsync and also turn on the free sync on the monitor to reduce input lag. I also felt like it does well when i capped the fps to 100+. When i play on high settings i somehow feel the delay and miss the fps or something. Sometimes enemy's just jumps out on my face and before i can engage i get killed. But with low settings i do pretty well and it runs well too. So it could be my internet. Even tho my hardware can handle the high settings but maybe cause my net downloads or upload takes more time cause of high settings thus giving me the delays and bad frame rates. But the ping is same so i got confused. If its the net then why is the ping the same.
  13. no idea. i even capped my fps on the game setting. But vsync off and free sync on on the monitor. With high settings i can totally feel the delay. It's like i miss some fps. Enemy just jumps out on my face. But with low settings everything runs well and i do pretty well too.
  14. yes, i understand that. My ping always stays around 60-70ms. So it's pretty decent ping. Even on high setting it stays the same. So why does my game feels delay while on high settings. I experimented this many times and my game just loads faster on low settings. But on high settings it gives me delays thus it takes me more time to engage my in game enemy's. Is there any way i can bench mark this to test which setting cost more delays. like the utubers does. Thanks.
  15. So i have been playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and i have faced different latency on different setting. But i do not understand or know the main reason. So i have got ryzen 5 3600 with rtx 2060 and 16 gigs 3200mhz ram. So my system handles the game pretty well. Big problem is the monitor. I have got 75hz monitor atm. Also my net speed is up to 100 mbps both download and upload. My latency stays most days at 60-75ms. So my problem is when i play the game on optimize setting recommended by Nvidia or play on High setting at 1080p, it feels slow. By slow i mean i am seeing them slow or in delay. When enemy kills me and i watch the kill cam. It shows they were faster than me. But when i lower my settings i feel same as others and do well on the game too. Also even on high settings my latency doesn't change. So i don't think it's the internet. I just can't figure it out why i get that delay on high settings. Most probably the monitor ? then why it doesn't occur on low settings. I hope someone can help me understand it. I just want to play the game in high settings without facing any delays. Thanks!
