I think you can't run both HDMI at the same time, I pretty sure one is for VR and only can operate one at the time. I would run DVI or DP to your monitor and use HDMI for your TV. 

It is an issue with basically any card, it is known as coil whine. See if you can set an FPS cap on the game

It's common consensus, but all depends on company developing software. They decide format of version string and when project reaches alpha, beta stages. Even in company I work, we use multiple formats for different projects.

Had same problem with my 8350. It has something to do with cpu not reporting temps correctly or reporting them differently compared to other cpus. Speccy can't read it properly. To monitor cpu I used software that came with MSI motherboard. Actually your temps are fine, they just are not displayed properly.

It has only become official now though.
