The Ice Lake XPS13 7390 NBC review is out. The i3 model overheats. I wonder how bad the i5/i7 models will be. Also, intel ice lake UHD iGPUs are barely faster than Kaby Lake R. A surprise to no one.

    True but it's still up in the air how many Iris Plus models will be sold as a whole. SO far most are UHD based or Comet Lake

    • rigidity not that good
    • no USB A
    • soldered SSD which is BS
    • hate the MagLev keyboard
    • looks like cooling cannot handle >20w heat (previous model uses Y series mobile chips, mind you)

    XPS 13 2 in 1 never impressed me. Looks like it will continue to be a mediocre model
