  1. Where would you get all the needed funding? Idea: There are talks about Bitcoin being banned in China, maybe that can motivate some to invest in anti-censorship tech that works in China.
  2. The official website seems to be: https://snowflake.torproject.org/ and you can find in it links to the Mozilla and Chrome addon stores' listing of that extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/torproject-snowflake/ https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/snowflake/mafpmfcccpbjnhfhjnllmmalhifmlcie I really like the concept and it seems quiet easy to immediately turn your browser into a proxy that functions as the middle man between the censored user and the Tor Network (no requests are made through you to the Internet, you're just a middle man, as is stated in the official website: "There is no need to worry about which websites people are accessing through your proxy. Their visible browsing IP address will match their Tor exit node, not yours.") However for this anti-censorship method to work there needs to be a really huge number of people running these snowflake proxies.
