I plugged it into the socket that according to the manual supports sata and i updated my bios to the latest one. I tried to contact asus support and they said i had to change some bios settings but that didn’t work either.

I got myself a kingston UV500 240gb m.2 sata ssd and i cant get it to detect. My motherboard specs says that it supports pcie and sata m.2 drives. morherboard: asus rog strix b450-f gpu: ryzen 5 3600x
