  1. This is my friends PC I am posting for him. Specs: GPU: Ryzen 5 1600 MOBO: MSI E450M Gaming Plus Cooler Lepa Exllusion 240mm Liquid cooler Ram: 2x8 Corsair Vengeance 3000 DDR4 GPU: Gigabyte 1070 Windforce OC SSD: Samsung 850 evo 500gb So essentially what is happening as he describes it is: "Games will randomly close in the middle of playing" he said that for The Division 2 when playing it: "it closes out and SOMETIMES prompts an error code saying the game is trying to open multiple times". The error has been happening for a few months now and he cannot even have more than 2 tabs of google open at a time while playing a game because it will either crash the game or crash google. He contacted MSI support because he could not access his bios at the time due to it glitching out and locking up requiring a hard reset. MSI support prompted him to downgrade his mobo bios which did not work because of the bios he was on which most literally stopped him from being able to downgrade. The motherboard he is using says it supports first gen Ryzen. How can we go about fixing this problem WITHOUT having to spend money on a new computer.
  2. If I have them both plugged in it literally does not even detect the Dell S2240T as if it were not even connected.
  3. I am currently running a GTX 1070, I7 8700k, on a Z370 Aorus Gaming 5. So I have been using a dual monitor setup for around 2 years now. I currently use a Dell S2240T as my "main screen" and I use an older Acer monitor as my secondary screen. The Dell S2240T connects using HDMI and the Acer connects using DVI. The screens have BOTH worked together for the entire time I have had them connected over the last 2 years. However, randomly in the last 2 days the monitors will now not work together. If I have them both plugged in, only the Acer monitor works (which I understand is because DVI has priority over HDMI) and my Dell S2240T shows that it has no connection and is "In Power Saving mode". Then if I unplug the DVI from the back of my computer my Dell S2240T instantly turns on and the hdmi connection works again. I have gone through and done the factory reset option for my Dell monitor to see if that is the issue and it did not fix it. I have not installed/uninstalled any programs since it stopped working. My GPU drivers are currently updated to the newest drivers. I have not changed any bios settings. If I need to take a short video demonstrating me plugging in and unplugging the monitors to show that it only connects one at a time, just let me know! The main issue is that I cannot have both monitors plugged in and working at the same time anymore. However, both monitors work, which is what leads me to believe it is a GPU error.
  4. I’m just afraid that since the keys on here are a bit smaller than the BW chroma it’ll be a rough transition.
  5. My first edition blackwidow chroma has finally died after 4000+ hours of gaming. I’m in the market for a new board. I want something I get decent clicky-ness on but preferably not something as loud as the original BW chroma. The feel and size of that board was fine. Budget is about $150 but if it’s a great keyboard I’m willing to go over a little.
  6. I have a crap old HDD currently and an M.2 NvMe. I’m buying a new HDD/SSHD. Should I get a Seagate 2tb SSHD or HDD
  7. If you have the 1,100 or whatever it is burning a hole in your pocket then go for the 2080ti, as it is leading right now. But if you are really stuck between the shiniest of two golden turds (they are great gpus, just overpriced right now) then go for the 2080s.
  8. Just bought my girlfriend raybans.
  9. I know gigabyte has a waterblock 2080s and an aio 2080s! I am personally looking into buying those myself. Not sure if they have hit market yet because I can't seem to find them anywhere, but you can see it on their website!
  10. You should talk about the Super cards and give your fully HONEST opinion
  11. @Princess Luna @Zando Bob So on the low: LG 27GL850 27″ and on the high: MSI Optix MPG27CQ 27" any opinions or critiques ??
  12. I mainly play: Destiny 2, Rust, Apex, League, Oldschool Runescape, Diablo III
  13. Should I be concerned about latency?
  14. I prefer a clean and crisp display, good refresh rate, low latency and > 21" preferably If all of that can be gotten in a $300-500 price range.
