Not sure what SSD that is, but the Asrock B450m Pro4 has issues with a Corsair MP510 (480) and a Crucial P1. The Corsair I know because I tried, the Crucial was a post on Asrock's forums. Samsung evo 960 and 970 plus work in it, haven't really tried any other except maybe an optane drive that worked.
Edit: I tried a Corsair MP510 960 and it worked, the 480 still doesn't ... same firmware.
