  1. I have a p67 motherboard which I bought refurbished from China which I think is causing shutdowns at random on my system. I think it's the motherboard as I bought my PSU new, a very nice thermaltake Paris 650w and a 2nd hand gtx 680. Now obviously it could be any one of those three but I believe I'm running my PSU under spec and I'm hoping my GPU is ok for a while longer. I don't have the spare parts right now to test individual parts and my mobo does not have onboard video. Anyway I'm only asking here to see if anybody knows whether a motherboard that has been refurbished has the potential to cause random shutdowns (completely random, could be the moment I switch it on could be five minutes later yet right now since I've added new ssd and increased ram from 12gb 4 sticks to 16gb 2 sticks it is always within 5 minutes), I'm thinking something on the vrm has been replaced and in the long term has caused it to do this. Or suggestions would be great. Or even turn this into a poll with what you think is the faulty hardware.. Just FYI, I have testbenched outside of my case with bare minimum and tried different slots for everything possible yet right now nothing has helped. I don't have a lot of cash but have ordered a z77 extreme4 which I'll be getting on Friday, has onboard video so I'll then know exactly what the issue is. Tyvm for reading this far and please, suggestions and ideas are needed.
