  1. Hey! I've got an Aegis 3 system from MSI, the Model Number is: AEGIS3013US. The GPU quit working for me in February. I was playing Apex Legends and my screen went crazy with artifacts. The system was frozen so I rebooted and there were still artifacts. I was able to boot to Windows once or twice but then my system started giving me the SrtTrail.txt error. I could remove the GPU and boot using onboard graphics with no artifacts but still ran into the SrtTrail.txt error. The only solution to fixing the SrtTrail.txt error was to use a USB recovery image I made when I first got the system. Windows wasn't able to do a factory reset for some reason. After getting Windows running again with onboard graphics, I tried installing the GPU again and the system wouldn't display anything from either the GPU or MOBO when the GPU was installed. If the GPU is removed the system runs fine with onboard graphics. I'm planning on doing the oven bake method to repair the GPU but before I did that I wanted to try flashing the BIOS just to have peace of mind that it wasn't something simple. But now the system won't display anything with the GPU installed. I wasn't sure if anyone else has ran into this and maybe found a solution with flashing the BIOS of the GPU or something else that isn't as risky as baking the GPU. I also noticed my system would take much longer to start up with the GPU installed. Maybe this is a PSU issue? FYI I'm outside of warranty with the system. It failed only a few months after warranty expired.
