Even with low gpu usage it makes sound. Might that noise be from my cpu cooler?

It seems like even with 40% gpu usage it makes that sound.

It only makes that noise when the gpu is under heavy load. Everything maxed out 1080p. (You can only see the video via phone idk why) ZZZ.mov

I benched and stressed my CPU and the answer is that i didn't hear any sound you can check it also. Y.mov

I just turned gpu fan % to 100% it seems that it don't hear it or it camouflaged because of the fan sound. X.mov

Hmm when i don't play games i don't hear it, it only starts when i am playing games.

I don't think it would be coil whine since i have Corsair RM750X 750watt 80+ gold.

I actually don't know that when i play game and gpu usage above %90 then i hear those sounds.

So basically guys i bought a brand new 2080ti and when it's above 60C it fans start spinning and while spinning it makes anormal noise, how can i fix this, does coil whine hurt gpu? video0.mov

It makes a strange noise i searched it up and found that it is "COIL WHINE". video0.mov

At the first i tried to install without updating my windows so that's why it didn't recognise my gpu but now i have another problem it has coil whine. What is that actually, does it harm my gpu etc, could you guys give me information about this.

Now i have another problem it wont let me update driver. Anyone ever had this problem?

Noww, i had a problem that my mobo wouldn’t recognize my new 2080ti and i fixed it by updating windows to newer version such as 1803 i believe it was.

I just updated and it seems working without a problem so if anyone gets this problem like me just UPDATE your windows.
